Today, I spent the day collaborating with colleagues at the GSCM-Montpellier Business School (LINK). For most of the day, we engaged in brainstorming ideas related to strategic innovation challenges in distributed and open environments. Our focus was on trying to uncover the key challenges faced by organizations across the innovation process, and identifying potential solutions for these challenges.
